Nothing seems to touch her hot tootsies.

This week, I have seen her twice in her very tight jammies, running around.

You would think that her feet would get cold, but nope, not her.

She either wears her fleece footies, or her black - lacy - footed - slippers.

Hot is apparently the way she likes it.

First, she takes off her clothes and lies down.

She lays her head on her pillow and closes her eyes.

This has become her ritual.

After she was done she gets up and looks out the window.

She can see kids playing and people jogging and biking along the path next to her house.

The bell rings as a boy wearing a brown polo with the crest of the high school the dog goes to comes in.

He asks about the dog.

Well, I haven't seen him since she let him out to go to the bathroom in the yard.

She has a stick that is about 4 "in diameter that the dog jumps on when he wants to go to the bathroom.

Anecdotal observation:

Wearing aggressively lugged footwear (Salomon Speed Assault) while using a walk behind mulching mower, isn't an ideal combo.

The aggressive lugs can pick up and pack amazing quantities of mulched grass, and there is simply no amount of moonwalking combined with the electric slide and slide glide, that will clear that packed, mulched grass to avoid tracking it indoors. 😂

Having done something similar I can say first hand my wife will give you sufficient motivation not to track it inside….

Saw this on my favorite black rifle forum. Imagine it throwing a few UF!

Wow...

When science nerds put their minds to something...

That's impressive!

I talked about teaching myself to throw knives when I was somewhere around 12 (14? Too old. Can't remember 😂😞).

Learned the half spin (holding the blade, half rotation from hand to target), full spin (holding the handle. 1 full rotation from hand to target), and multi-spin (2 or 3 rotations from hand to target, depending on range/distance).

I only learned about no-spin throwing quite a bit later, and unfortunately, never trained to develop that ability. No-spin would've made the knife throwing machine a LOT easier to build, but the fact that he made the machine with a rangefinder to apply the correct rotation, is what makes it so cool.

My garbage disposal (GD), which has been on the blink for over 6 months (requiring constant "resets) finally gave up the "ghost."

Just installed the new one (an American Standard 3/4HP) that I bought about a month ago from Lowes waiting for this to happen. Currently leak testing it by running the dishwasher.

I've got basic mechanical skills and it wasn't a difficult install (especially since I had previously installed the quick connect ring in the sink with the previous GD install) but it just reminded me how much I dislike doing such chores and why I usually just pay people to do such work now.

Most difficult part of the install was just moving all of the crap out from under the sink. Anyway, it's done and it's not leaking.

So, all good until this one breaks too. LOL! ;)

With your thought experiment Nathan the Machinist Nathan the Machinist , I just want to point out that at the end of the day, between the Muslim & Christian born child, one if them could be right, both could be wrong but not both of them can be correct. Contradicting beliefs can't both be true. We mustn't forget objective truth when speaking about beliefs.
In this particular case they can both be right about some things (massive overlap because both religions are rooted in the same stories) and both be wrong (because the two “good books” diverge on some subjects).
