Much like rehabbing the back injury, I want to see if I can rehab/PT, then strengthen the shoulder to the point I don't have any further issues with it (before it gets to the point where there's nothing I can do about it short of surgery). After this last reinjury, I realized that if I don't do something, and injure it again, it'll likely be a 'no recourse but surgery' situation.You're lucky. Mine only bothers me during the day and then when I go to sleep.

It actually doesn't stop me from doing the stuff I need to do...it just reminds me that it's there all day long like a jailhouse guard with an attitude.

When I injured it, I went from being able to do 60 pushups (all the way down) in a row, to not being able to do even a single regular pushup for ~6 months (which was dumb, because I could still do 1 armed pushups with my left arm, but in a standard pushup position, my right shoulder couldn't handle the strain/pressure).
Back to being able to do pushups, but my bench is still suffering, as the shoulder is what's limiting me.
