Random Thought Thread

Not sure where to ask this, so I thought I would try here. Are there pictures available in this forum of the leather sheaths, and sheath options for the DEK pre-order knives? I see that Jo had mentioned that leather options from Chad is available, but I didn't know if there was pictures somewhere

There aren’t any pics of DEK sheaths from @cpirtle… yet.
There are a lot of pics of cpirtle cpirtle sheaths for other CPK models.

Brian77 Brian77 , here’s a Pirtle sheath for a DEK1. No confirmation on what the new ones will look like but his sheaths for the UF2 were just like this one, just larger of course, so I bet they will be close to the same design. The belt loop adapter is from Sagewood Gear.

so. for my calendar I've decided to integrate a few different sub themes to the ''Stuff 'A' eating stuff 'B' but in reality it's the other way around'' theme.

We have
''Vegetables eating Herbivores''
''Sharks Rescuing each other from Lifeguards''
''Bananas eating Monkeys''
''Teeth using power tools on dentists''
October will be interesting...

I could use a few more suggestions.

I'm probably really going to do this maybe.

that's terrifying and no. I wont be doing that thing. I'm not very good at drawing. and gross. yes I'll be drawing these things that end up in the calendar maybe.

theres a lot of moving pieces but I think if I give myself enough time and sharpies I can do the idea justice

I just got one of those solid foam pillows. But it was a little bit too thick for me so I sliced about 3/4 of an inch off of it with a K18.

The only thing that I own with more raw cutting power would be my Husqvarna, but I don't think it would have been good shaving down that pillow.

...but you won't know for sure until you give it a go.
