Magna cut is performing very well until you push it to the limits and then the difference between magna cut and Delta 3V becomes very apparent.

For me? Personally, no. I use my EDC to cut through the steel banding straps on pallets with the use of a hammer. I enjoy a knife that I don't have to be careful with. For you? I guess it depends on what you're looking for in a knife. They're both very durable with good edge stability, excellent edge retention, one is stainless and has slightly higher wear resistance, the other is only stain resistant and almost can't be broken.
