We shall see, it just arrived so I’m curious to see how well it retains fluid without evaporating like a Zippo will. Outside of that, it’s a lighter so I know it’ll make things hot haha. Guess I just wanted something different to toy with vs a run of the mill Bic.

Nice of you to say. I don't have a gallery, but I guess most of my photos are on imgur, so I could post a set of them sometime. I'm slowly improving and steadily trying to raise my standards, so I see flaws in my earlier stuff. I'm always most excited about the next one...

I think you've got it backwards. We always referred to quiting for a while as being on the wagon. Falling off the wagon meant getting back in the game.

Good to hear. It's a handy little tool for monitoring health. Can provide early warnings for cardio, respiratory and circulatory issues.

When you're feeling better, if you ever do cardio workouts, it's also interesting to see how well your cardiovascular system maintains your oxygen saturation.

The other interesting one is bringing it on higher altitude trips, eg. Hiking at ~10,000 feet and seeing the difference in cardio capacity/SPO2 between people.

P.S. Hope the two of you are doing well and over this quickly.

The best test I had tonight was 99% @ 52 bpm.

I'll take it. When I'm doing cardio on a regular basis, 48 is not that unusual...but I've slacked off some of late.

Way too many vehicles with poorly aimed headlights, flagging down passing UFOs, and idiots putting aftermarket LED bulbs in headlights not made for them.
