Speaking of Sriracha, I should have invested in Sriracha. It's really expensive as of late. I've been on a Ghost Pepper Sriracha kick. These guys are semi local.

well. you need a bigger hammer.

my wife made tofu and broccoli once. it turned into a dead thing in her belly. Made more, thicker, tangible stink than I've ever experienced in my life coming out of that woman.

no lie. it slapped me in the face going to bed that night. God bless Her.

it brought tears to my eyes both because I was proud she could do something so extraordinary and it smelled.

And this is why my wife has threatened me, my knives and guns of I ever go to another vegan restaurant again. That was the foulest night of smells …

I feel that way often when I get home in the middle of the night. Were you lifting weights ? I’m trying to build a home gym but my garage is filled with my wife’s antiques. It looks like a hoarders maze.

I have a 45# plate that would normally be used as a weight on a bench or squat bar.

I hold it and squat a number of times
then I do upright rows a number of times
then I do either presses or bent over rows
then I do circles around my head
repeat 3x total

it gets the blood pumping. I'm ''used to it'' now so I may have to change it up but for the time and equipment that I have i feel like its beneficial.
