Yeah that’s nuts. It didn’t look too bad live, just a good open field tackle, but the replays they showed a couple of times at first highlighted the shot to the chest he took making that tackle and then again landing on his chest to the helmet, that’s probably a factor in him going into cardiac arrest.

A Dr. on CBS explained, it was blunt force trauma at the right (wrong) time. He went on to say, the outcome will depend on the blood flow to the brain, in the critical moments after the heart attack. Tragic.
