The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
I want to be transparent about my higher price; it is not to flip or make money or any of that. I had to pay extra for shipping to snow land on top of the $465 and just wanted to recoup that with my previous purchase (unused black handled version) as I could not find the scales I wanted on their own. The prices are high but they are what they are; and if it doesn’t go at that price then that is just fine with me. I have a lot of faith in the D3V and grinds CPK does and wouldn’t mind keeping it as a backup or to give to my kid when he is of age. Have been through a ton of knives the last couple years and finally settled on CPKs as have most of what I am looking for.
Thanks for your time,
Andy

Yup - that's pretty much me right now. Minus the shirt and tie....
....and maybe the pants, too
In other news, the weather guessers thought that it would snow today. Yeah, right.
Son-of-a-gun! It's snowing and it's cold enough to stick! Winter has arrived in northern AZ. A bit late, but it's here.
Yep, on a quick count there were 39 posts on the first page, 40 with yours Nate. Damn my slow internet today...
I used to heat part of my house years ago with a KeroSun heater. Talk about bringing back memories Nathan. They were great heaters.
I mistimed the refresh cycle and then when the page got refreshed my cursor ended up in the middle of Nathan's OP. By then I already knew that I was both roasted and toasted. Wahwaahhwaaahhh![]()
I had a clean run and still got smoked. I definitely should have laid off the coffee before go time, still coming down off the jitters![]()
Luckily you don't seem to be afflicted with the same jitters when it comes down to your real trigger finger![]()
Well, no. But then there's generally not fifty other dudes aiming at MY deer![]()
Sorry Mat, you'll get em next timeI mistimed the refresh cycle and then when the page got refreshed my cursor ended up in the middle of Nathan's OP. By then I already knew that I was both roasted and toasted. Wahwaahhwaaahhh![]()
Sorry Mat, you'll get em next time
Will run 27 hours on the two gallon tank, low odor, 10000 btu directional heat and built to last. It's a shame you can't get them anymore. I keep one around for emergency heat in case the power goes out, and run it in the shop when it gets really cold and the regular heat can't keep up.I used to heat part of my house years ago with a KeroSun heater.
