He estimates 10k (Before pic) Oh yea she knew what she was doinA large liquor store locally does a lottery each year for the one bottle of 23 year old Pappy that they get. The winner has had the option to sell the bottle for $4,000 to $4,500 in the parking lot afterwards for the past few years. It's quite steep considering I personally prefer a high rye bourbon. The closest, readily available wheated bourbon would be Basil Hayden's. While Maker's Mark and Weller are wheated bourbon's they're not nearly as smooth. The new Van Winkle is distilled by Buffalo Trace where as the old bottle that I have was done by Heaven Hill and superior IMO. YMMV...
ETA I don't know if the new releases of 23 year has reached Buffalo Trace production yet. I'm too poors to care.![]()
What's 10k if friends haven't engulfed it.....

I'm interested in the smoke box, amd how much you think it adds to the food. I agree the Woodwind's are sweet. I am currently using a hand me down base Traeger and thinking of upgrading in the future.I'm on it!
I'll assemble tomorrow but don't know if I'll have time for the first cook
I was going to get a woodwind pro .... but I have other grills already I wanted something just to smoke food with , and this running Temps of 150-350 and the ability to cold smoke hopefully will work perfect
Congrats!!!It's finally here

Not getting rid of my Masterbuilt 40" gas or 30" electric, but this pellet grill will be a nice change of pace from propane grill or 100% smoked. Used it a ton already. Some 3-2-1 ribs last week:
