P.S.
Even that demo is... not very well thought out. The uke holding those things... their hands are in the way. If the object was sturdy and the kicker had real power, distinct chance of uke's hand being toast. Hold it front and back, so your hand won't get smashed.

P.P.S.
Some of those demos are circus acts, too. Had a buddy in Tae Kwon Do who confirmed that they would bake the pine boards in an oven to make them brittle for the 'speed break' demos. Watched a guy carry a stack of ten boards to the staging area. He dropped a board and it split in half from hitting the ground 🤣🤣🤣

Watching those DEK2's remain on the CPK site for what seemed like a rather leisurely spell this morning was painful. Unfortunately, the timing just wasn't optimal for me with regards to my "knife funds" account. :(

The site is still showing a remaining DEF2 with natural burlap micarta scales!

I hear ya. It's been a painful couple of weeks for my pocketbook. But when I went to the website a few minutes ago, fully expecting all the UF2s to be sold out, there was one left, and, well....
