It's not even July, yet, and I think we've had more 90+f days than the last 2, maybe 3 summers combined.
That might be nothing for folks down South, but I don't live in Louisiana for a reason

no it was awesome.
hot but not too hot with a solid breeze and no humidity.

Those Albers knives are almost as bad as CPK. All 40 sold in less then a minute.

Not particularly impressive houses in my neighborhood are going for ~1M (characterless builder-grade 3K sq foot, .75 acres).Neighbor just sold his house for 640k

It's been nuts around here as well, esp. since Covid. A new spec home in our neighborhood just went on the market - 830 sq ft with a tiny little one-car garage, on .14 acre = $750k.
