And if the flat is irreparable you’ve got something to do while you wait….
Whip Its!

:) Same cartridges ....

Yeah, irreparable happens:

(1) Don't buy Pirellis:

(2) I was "hitched":

(3) Then again, sometimes it's my own fault ....

My 2011 Tundra has about 182K on it right now, it’s been great but the rust is getting to it so a new truck is in my future, say 5 years maybe? A diesel Tacoma would be sweet and might be what could sway to me to go down in size since the prices of the two models can often be close.
Man, that's a bummer. My 2011 Tacoma has about 280k on and still going strong. I'm only the second owner and have put about 45k on it. I'm shooting for the million mile mark! :)

Which would all be fine if they would make a diesel Tacoma.

I'd also welcome a diesel engine but I'm afraid that ship has already sailed because saveur de jour with these newer gens will be the I4 turbo charged engines in the Tacoma plus the V6 turbo charged motors in the Tundra. For max power (HP & torque) Toyota has elected to go with hybrid power configuration before they go fully electric in the future. Mercedes Sprinter has a very interesting I4 twin turbo diesel engine in their 2023 models abandoning their prior V6 engines. Nathan's most favorite auto manufacturer is still going with the V6 EcoBoost in some of their Transit vans fleet.

Are there talks about bringing a diesel to the Tacoma/Tundra platform? I wouldn’t hold my breath with how the EPA is doing things…I’ll be surprised if you can buy a diesel truck in 10+ years.
