My wife’s family came across a cat in need of veterinary help. They took it to the Vet. Got it diagnosed, (eye issue) treated, and provided medication for the next 5 days…Vets (and the medical suppliers in general) have gone nuts here since the pandemic.
Two kitties, yearly check-up, a blood panel each, the vet was done in about half hour. Forgot to trim the nails as requested (np - I'll do it later today). Bill was > $900.![]()

250 Turkish Lira.
Here is a picture. Let this sink in, ladies and gentlemen. My jaw hit the floor when I heard how much it [didn’t] cost.View attachment 2268328
Yeah...what they didn't tell you is that they renamed the "fez"...and it's now known as "hair implants".Turkey also happens to be one of the leading destinations for hair implants, just don't ask me how I'd know this kinda info! This is a public service announcement for those suffering from male pattern baldness.
The minimum wage in Turkey is about $129./ month. So it seems absurd to us but in general thats a lot of money.F that. Good for them but that's absurd.
I told my wife I might just get some hair transplants while I am here…Turkey also happens to be one of the leading destinations for hair implants, just don't ask me how I'd know this kinda info! This is a public service announcement for those suffering from male pattern baldness.
In other news .... just in case you have been worried about biolabs on the other side of the world:
CDC detects coronavirus, HIV, hepatitis and herpes at unlicensed California lab
"The CDC ... detected at least 20 potentially infectious agents, including coronavirus, HIV, hepatitis and herpes, according to a Health and Human Services letter dated June 6."

Right after my post, I had realized that some may misconstrue that post as a veiled suggestion to you because of the reflective natire of your dome. I assure you that no insult was intended in that list but I’m not quite sure about this one!
Clippers and or razors are relatively cheap. Sometimes the vanity has to go and reality needs to be accepted. I’ve been bald for decades. You want proof that there's no cure for male pattern baldness? The richest man in the world is bald. Jeff Bezos would have a full head of hair if there was any way to do it with any certainty.Clippers and or razors are relatively cheap. "I love my new hair implants!"
This reminded me of Tommy Cooper, a British comedian whose schtick was as a fe wearing bumbling and inept magician / comedian. He was kinda big deal back in the day and was quite beloved those many years ago when I lived in the ol' country. I don't suppose that many Americans specially the younger ones have heard of this guy, but I thought that you may have because of your past work with the S.Y. bobbies. IIRC, he actually collapsed and passed away on stage in the mid 80's!
