Question for the other Buckeyes around here.

Saw this car on my drive home and when I noticed the license plate I began to wonder if the name we had for them around Columbus was state wide or just local.
They are very special license plates. The only way to get them is to be awarded them.
Do you know what achievement is necessary to obtain these license plates?
Did the part of Ohio you’re from have a name for these plates?

Growing up the son of a spook and living in some dangerous places, I still look under and in a vehicle prior to getting in one, and I even lock the doors at my remote cabin!🤣
Some habits never go away. I have been up here for 23 years and still shake my boots out before putting them on, and still look for scorpions and snakes when moving logs! Lol

I’ve met people from Toledo that talk “normal” and I’ve met others that definitely have some Chicago in their speech.
Everybody thinks I sound like I’m from southern Ohio, including my family. But that’s probably just an artifact of my hearing impairment and learning to talk late. They have a bit of southern in their accent around Dayton compared to Columbus. I went to school up in Cleveland before dropping out and beginning my slow downward spiral… I mean… my career. They all thought Columbus people sounded like we were from Kentucky. It’s all really subtle differences but you notice them initially and then not so much as you’re around them.

Hell us Toledo people have 2 different ways of saying Detroit lol

So there are less Cruwear hollow BFKs in the wild than DEK3s ?
