So there are less Cruwear hollow BFKs in the wild than DEK3s ?

I haven't counted claimed DEK3s in the preorder but I'm quite certain that there are more DEK3 than ~ 25 - 30ish BFKs with hollow grind

Nathan's magic, Mark's loving touch and after Bella knocking it into concrete and me putting a snazzy edge on it.... this was always a keeper before....... even more now!

Had to go get some stitches last night. We were making dinner and wifey apparently objected to something I was doing and let me know it And of course I had just sharpened all the kitchen knives on Sunday.

I bought a swamp rat galley rat I think it was. MagnaCut and holy cow sharp. Too sharp for my tastes. Yeah I can’t believe I said that either!
I like a little forgiveness when using my knives incorrectly like I do in the kitchen (like peeling toward my thumb as a stop). Once it dulls a bit it will be perfect.
