We have had over 40” snow already this year (covered by a nasty layer of ice now) and y’all are blowing leaves down there…

If that neighbor really irritates you, set up an electronic predator call for middle of the night! Rabbit screams bother folks🤣

When I go visit my mom in CA, I swear there is never a time from sunup to sundown that you can't hear a leaf blower somewhere. I don't even know how people in CA could possibly need a leaf blower that often. I've grown to hate those friggin' things.

It's been an unusually dry winter here in ID so far, but as of today, we are getting slammed with a lot of snow, continuing for the next several days. Late for us, but a good thing in the long run. I'm just not ready to start shoveling yet...

Leaf blowers are great for getting light/dry snow off of vehicles. Most dealerships here use them and the powerful ones can move some powder!

I don’t mind cold or snow (we have set records for both this winter), but I hate ice. We had some crazy warm weather with rain that is now a lovely layer of ice covering everything. I will need to wait for enough new snow to build more base before I can snowmachine back to my cabin- sure won’t make it up the hills now.

I hope y’alls snow will help with fire risk next spring/summer.

Used sparingly and appropriately, they have a place. But when you go somewhere like CA, and see them being used everywhere all day long, largely by so-called "gardeners" who are clearly just racking up the hours by wandering around with a leaf blower that is hardly doing anything, it's pretty easy to get sick of them.

Thanks! That's my hope as well. Although this year our water situation was pretty darn good, so another good year will just be icing on the cake. :thumbsup:
