Random Thought Thread

Al Bundy scored 4 TDs in the 66 championship game. Well known fact, or is it? How can it be, when in the All Night Security Dude episode, he tells the story:

"Finally, it came down to the final seconds. Scoreless game. (so what happened to his 3 other TDs?)

We had the ball on the 6-yard line.
They said, "Give the ball to Bundy."
Everyone knew I was getting it.
Hut one!
Hut two!

I got the ball, and I went through that line
like Grandma through a herd of cattle.
I was going for a sure six...
When all of a sudden, on the 1-yard line,
loomed Spare Tire, waiting for me.

We collided like two bull elephants.
When it was over, they were shouting only
one elephant's name.

I looked for and found your ad on CL (fark me, CL has one of the most antiquated user unfriendly interfaces if one wants to research something out of the immediate area!) watched the video and although I commend you for your detailed description and honesty but with that said, you'll be hard pressed to get 10K from a retail buyer for several other reason excluding your own description:

- the market is slow, both because of the time of year and also the general state of the market for jalopies although it's a HD ford flat-bed with a 7.3 PS Diesel, so there are still some pluses.

- further, it's a good thing that the interested parties can only email thru CL initially but that method also means much slower response rate as the younger gen prefers texting and wasting time. If your ph # was overtly stated, you may have gotten a call from a 760 area code, at some random time in the eve, from a grown arse man on Ambien, sobbing like a baby! #imjustsaying

Them were the days. Those magazines were a hoot. At least I don't remember them having "sea monkeys" and x-ray glasses. LOL.

We used to have lots of inter-dojo contests and AAU competitions...and a few of us got to fight at the NY State Championships...(I was only at the green belt level and fought within that same class).
