I think it was Friday when I said my fever broke.... so was talking and drinking with Jsega51 Jsega51 and @BIGDORK on the phone.... felt much better chugged some beers.....

Woke up Saturday and by 7pm had a fever again and lost taste and smell (what a cruel cruel world!)

My friend did a beer run for me but I think I'll save the good ones for when I can taste them

..........Yoko is a sad man lol
I had covid in Dec. of 2020 and the only symptoms I had was loss of taste and smell. It still isnt 100% and comes and goes sometimes so I hope you have better luck with it.

Losing weight is simple. Expend more calories than you consume.

"Simple does not mean easy." - Dan John

Finding time to exercise is difficult for everyone. Family & work responsibilities always take precedence. You don't have to go balls to the walls and jump into fad diets or extreme exercise regiments. Try taking a 1 mile walk when you have time and drag Jo the Machinist Jo the Machinist along with you. Make it a habit and you'll see gradual improvement over time. Small changes in your diet will also help. Less grains & alcohol and more veggies and lean meat.
