I used to work 12 hour shifts everyday in the oil field and on gas plant shutdowns a long long time ago.

It ain't got crap on doing shifts taking care of a newborn

I can't even remember what day it is most of the time.

Random thought..... I take some of the butter , hot honey and brown sugar once it's time to foil wrap the ribs and mix it with the bbq sauce to make a glaze
