SMATCHET! YES! How could I forget the Smatchet? Hey! Nate! What we need is a CPK Smatchet!

Just think of the possibilities. A razor sharp edge for cutting, chickens, fish, rope and straps and a thicker edge for smashing through ice and boxes. Perfect.

In full honesty, despite having zero practical need for a Smatchet, I would absolutely fall all over myself trying to land a CPK Smatchet.

hmmm...I don't consider myself particularly judgey, but that guy looks like an asshole

I remember guys, usually younger looking, showing up at the range in Santa Barbara dressed like that. Mostly what they got was a bunch of snickers. (Not the candy bar.)

I don't know what state he is in, but in most, all that stuff is legal as long as he doesn't start waving the swords around. On almost any trip to the locals Safeway I will see several people carrying a handgun of some sort and a few with very large knives. Most look like cheap Chinese or Pakistan bowies. Nobody even blinks at that stuff.

I have not seen a Japanese type sword or a Klingon Bat'Leth, yet.
