The Pan-Mass Challenge bike-a-thon goes by our house, and our street has a sidewalk on the far side. This year we were eating breakfast on our front porch, watching them go by, and we hear some commotion further up the road (riders yelling). Some idiot jogger was on the same side of the street as the riders (near side) and going the other way, so they were yelling "runner" to warn the other riders. Not sure where she started her run, but with thousands of riders, you would think she would've recognized the issue pretty quick and crossed the street.

I’m in a car forum. One of the members cars would, on occasion, shut down. Parking lot..4 lane at speed, it didn’t matter.
It turned out to be a short in the passenger vanity mirror light giving the computer reason to terminate everything.
I’ve had two wheel speed sensors fail (aka rubber tubes with wires) which causes every idiot light, codes, limp mode. etc etc.
You can’t even upgrade stereo components without coordinating it through the cars brain.

My brother-in-law was in a murderous rage over it. (Years before he worked in the bar and with the folks featured in "Goodfellas". So not the best guy to piss off...so to speak.)
