PSA: in light of the recent more draconian knife regulations in the U.K, as hinted to on here yesterday:

Sold a 3" fixed blade recently to a service member using an APO address. My understanding is that those U.S. Military bases overseas are usually treated as U.S. soil where the U.S laws apply but custom forms need to be filled correctly without skirting around what those packages contain. The only issue which I have had recently been delays most likely because of the stretching of the U.S. assets for trouble spots as opposed to using those assets reliably for mail stuff, but not a big issues, till this case!

Obviously I had no idea where the actual destination was but from the code I deciphered somewhere in Europe. Low an behold, the darn package ends up in London, England for forwarding and seemingly just gets flagged to return to sender without any other explanation other than the dread pointy index finger stamp, pointing at my handwritten "camping knife" 🤬

Here's the kicker in the balls: the service member is not even on the U.K. soil, he's located in another European country! What the actual FFFFFF?!

^^^ I didn't look at the back of the package in my anger and haste! Before I totally p*ss over the U.K authorities, I must add that there is stamp stating verbatim: REJECTED BY AIRLINES - RETURN TO SENDER - KNIFE

Just like that all in CAPS! (says BA which betting my bottomline, stands for British Airways)

Spark is unlikely to see any posts here, he gets tons of tags to posts all over the site. Your best bet is to post in the Tech Support area and tag Spark there, so that he can address the issue. We, the mods, have no control over the software in regard to payments and membership levels.

Pathetic

Dave Davies, (Kinks), had it right...

"All the stories have been told
Of kings and days of old,
But there's no England now.
All the wars that were won and lost
Somehow don't seem to matter very much anymore.
All the lies we were told,
All the lies of the people running round,
They're castles have burned.
Now I see change,
But inside we're the same as we ever were.

Living on a thin line,
Tell me now, what are we supposed to do?
Living on a thin line,
Tell me now, what are we supposed to do?
Living on a thin line,
Living this way, each day is a dream.
What am I, what are we supposed to do?
Living on a thin line,
Tell me now, what are we supposed to do?..."

Yeah he had that right, plus some other stuff. 😂

Girls will be boys and boys will be girls
It's a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world

I usually don't eat lunch at work but today...... some co workers said "there's this old country gas station that sells really good fried chicken"

I mean I like fried chicken so I had them grab me some also...........

We all spent the rest of the work day rotating in and out of the bathroom

........ no more chicken for me from that gas station.... feel like I need a priest to give a confession to after what came out of me ..........
