Video from this weekend!
I like how you let your left hand swing free near the end of your run, and to use it in bracing your thigh for the last lumber chop. Keeping your non knife wielding hand stuck behind your back leaves a lot of performance and power on the table. A smaller competitor will always prevail against a larger one if they have a superior understanding of physics. If concerned about cutting the other hand, maybe a cut proof glove would be a good call. Or like a chainmail gauntlet and sleeve- ti chainmail would be so sick
You have good footwork, too.

Out of curiosity, at about :22, Bennie is cutting something that looks like sausage. What is that?

1 in rope attached on both ends. You have to completely slice through on each side of the tape and if it is still on the table when you are done, you can chop through the tape zone for an additional 5 points.

Thanks. I couldn't tell what it was in the video.

BTW, I have an Italian dry salami that might chip the edge on your chopper. :D

I was just using a nail file to chamfer the scales on my massdrop Terzuola folder. It’s a really nice knife. I think Massdrop is a good source for international people who have trouble getting certain knives.

I’ve ordered a few knives and other gadgets through Massdrop and have always been happy with the results.

They have pretty good descriptions of the products and the time lines involved.

Depending on what you’re looking for, the prices are not always as low as one might find elsewhere. Mike
