What knife are y'all carving your Turkey (or other meat) with tomorrow? I'm tempted to Shiv it!

I'll use my HDFK. If for nothing else, because I hate turkeys.

It’s the closest looking CPK to a carving knife. If someone looks with a more discerning eye, and notices that the construction appears capable of cutting through the platter, the table, and the floor underneath… oh, well.

I mean, yeah, it is designed to cut meat. Or stab it.

Yeah, I'd be offended too. I am a bona fide dog lover but I have a hard time with Dachshunds. In my experience, they are more irksome than Chihuahuas. Though in hindsight, I suspect it has more to do with their owners.

I used to bow/knife hunt feral hogs on a ranch in Texas that had a Dachsund. It would tag along and once a hog was down, that dog would be tearing at the hide (scrotum) like a rabid hound. At the end of the day he would fall asleep on my lap. Never really cared for small dogs, but he was super cool.
