Random Thought Thread

Only time I have seen a bobcat in the wild was while I was out mushroom foraging a number of years ago. It was a mom and two kittens hanging out in the middle of the trail. When I came around the bend, we all froze momentarily before they bounced off into the woods. Too quick to bring a camera to bear but it made for an awesome memory. They are elusive creatures so it was pretty special to see them.

We get a lot of coyotes and bobcats. For some reason we have a constant flow of cottontail rabbits and I'm pretty sure that's why we have these predators. Neighbors might be pissed if I came out of the house with this to take care of the predators

My Coyotes setup is an AR-15 300 blackout with a cheap thermal on it

I'm not after revenge. I seldom seek that. I'm pursuing a solution to a problem. Peace, through superior firepower.
