JJ and Blues got it! It was so awesome that I spent all day today watching it and doing much of nothing else lol.

Jeannie wants to watch it, So I’m watching it for a second time now. I’m on a western kick, so I’ll check out Deadman.

Look up Eisbocks..... It's when the beer (bock) freezes and they remove the ice (water) which makes the beer stronger/higher in alcohol. Age old tradition. Makes a sweet, Strong beer. Naturally.

It's different than distillation, so always legal....well Should be, I'm not your lawyer.

So. Apparently 80 proof whiskey will freeze at -17°F. It got down to -19° last night. I guess I'm lucky this juice is 90 proof? It didn't freeze but I think I may have inadvertently made a whiskey slush.
