I finally gave up on Ford getting me my order from early last summer, cancelled it, and I just went and got something from somebody's inventory that had most of the stuff I wanted. Ended up getting an F350 instead of an f-450, but the tow capacities about the same and it'll be fine.
 
If it’s below 35ish degrees outside I would run the LP furnace E. Those standard air to air heat pumps drop way off on efficiency below about 40 degrees.

The newer units/mini splits get away with it being colder outside because they have inverter compressors and can slow way down.

I think I replaced my HVAC, furnace and A/C, in June of 2019...for the new furnace and heat pump. The old Trane lasted 20 years. We'll see what this American Standard / Goodman combo does for me.
