Yep, far SW Denver area. There are a couple here, but I haven’t eaten at the local ones. However, I have had some in CA while on travel. Wasn’t anything too special IMO. Maybe just a bit better than Dominos/Pizza Hut.

Unpopular opinion, perhaps: I actually like beets. My wife makes this roasted beet and avocado salad that's simply amazing.

When we were kids my Mom had beet eggs for snacks and they were really good. Instead of pickled eggs in pickle juice they were in beet juice and came out reddish/purple.
