If you're eating salad unhappily, out of a sense of healthily eating, you want a piece of slab bacon or some garlic bread or whatever but you're eating a salad. So you have 2 croutons in your caesar salad. Those two croutons represent the highlight of your salad eating session. You don't like salad but you like the crunchy buttery croutons. So you eat your salad around these two croutons, you strategize your bite order around these 2 croutons to maximize your pleasure from eating them and in the process, you've eaten this salad.

Forget croutons- Cesar with bacon is what you’re looking for.

Nature is really amazing.

I’ve kept a log book on migratory birds I’ve seen in my yard since 2013.

These Cooper Hawks have arrived every single year, regardless the weather, between Feb 19-21.

They actually sit at the same spot each year too.

I just stepped outside and it was dead silence with the regular local birds, so I knew a hawk must be close by.

Sure enough, this Cooper was just sitting on the back fence, waiting for it’s next meal.

Bad pic with a cell phone, but can clearly see him/her.

I don't consider myself all that old (yet) but I've become pretty fond of watching the birds around my place. We have a couple of hummingbird feeders and other types out. It's always a pleasure to see a not so frequently seen variety show up to enjoy a snack. A favorite of mine is a pair of collared doves that visit occasionally. They are always together - if I see only one, I know the other is close by and sure enough, after a bit of looking, I'll see it perched on a nearby branch.

I took this shot the other day of a red-tailed hawk eating something. It was perched across my creek and I stretched the limits of my phone trying to get this pic. I love those hawks. As a boy, it was always a treasure to find one of their tail feathers while out and about.

I don't use my radio when I drive. Usually, when I'm listening to music, I'm listening to music. And when I'm driving, I'm driving.

I guess I don't multitask well.

I got a new truck a little while back. I've never turned on the radio. Not even once. I have no idea how it sounds. Hell, I haven't even looked at it, I'm not even sure how to turn it on.

Whatever you do, don’t go into the settings and mess with MyKey. My radio is locked out now to only Volume 14 MAX now and I have to have a new master key made to fix it. 😡 Other than that, if you have the B&O stereo, it bumps. There’s like 20 or 30 speakers and a sub under the rear seat.

I have NO IDEA what you are talking about 😁

I just turn on the radio 😎
