For the record, I've only had food poisoning twice in my life. Once was from a Big Mac and the second time was a Whopper. I haven't had either in over 2 decades. 😬

I did have a fried chicken sandwich from Burger King on my way back from South Dakota last October. My buddy had a Whopper and he ended up in the ER after having to drive home to MA when we got back.

That cured any desire for me to have anything from either of them again.

My wife’s last and worst case of food poisoning was from a salad at McD’s on a road trip. They are dead to us.

Edited to add: I read once that lettuce is least safe thing to eat at a fast food place. They put lettuce on Big Macs and Whoppers. 🤢

What?! Come on now, the flames burn off all the bad things from the Burger King environment!!

I remember my first experience eating at an Arby's....

It was in the mall..... I don't know if they still have the meat slicing machines in the back... but they did then

Ordered my first ever roast beef sandwich from there....... I was full of young chubby kid excitement.... till that moment..... the moment I looked up after ordering.... I'm really am not trying to come off in a wrong way........... really

But that moment I looked up and into the kitchen...I seen the lady running the meat slicing machine...............

Don't know if her arm was amputated or there was something else that happened in her life...... but she was slicing the roast beef with her arm moving the beef slicer that was missing from the elbow down..

I couldn't eat that roast beef and have never been able to eat one from Arby's since then
