I remember considering Prescott early on when we were considering where to buy a home. I do love the southwest.
Haven't been back for awhile now, but I lived there from '97-'01 while in college. Just outside downtown, on the last dirt road left in the city proper (which finally got paved about 5 or 6 years ago). Dennis (UffDa) was in Chino Valley until he passed.

It was a great place to be back then. Unfortunately, Prescott Valley was one of the (if not the top) fastest growing towns in the country in '00 and '01. It was changing really FAST!

I was back there last in '18, and I could not believe how much the "tri-city" area had changed/grown. Some places were almost unrecognizable, Hwy 69 between Prescott and PV especially. As a result of the growth, cost of living and price of homes has gone up significantly as well.

If I was considering a move South, I'd be looking in the Flagstaff/Williams area. But I'm thinking more like North to Wyoming, get away from people (yes ferider ferider another damn "greenie" moving one state north lol).

Can we get mod approval to set up a GoFundMe so that this guy doesn't have to eat at McDonald's?

I've got bidets on all of the toilets (4 of them) in my house & they're great for cleaning w/o smearing w/toilet paper but I would reluctant to use a public one unless the toilet is cleaned after every use, because fecal matter can splatter everywhere during use. 🤷

Fortunately, I seldon have to go #2 outside of my house. 😎
That's a good point. I think most bidets have a self cleaning function for the nozzle though. Even my cheap one does.

I understand that Nathan's favorite dish is haggis...and can't get enough of it.

I knew I liked that guy... I mean, aside from the awesome knives and all.

Haggis is great. Of course, it matters who makes it. I'm partial to the stuff I make with my buddy.

Old pic - I had to dig deep to find it. Camp breakfast with garden veggies, grouse, wild mushrooms, and haggis. Hard to get better than that in the woods (unless you got an elk).
