Our local porn-shop-turned-CBD-shop-turned-cannabis-shop is going out of business, and this 100% looks like what their sale would be if there were gummies involved.

The sort of place that City Council gave a license to in the 1970s and regretted it ever since, but couldn't come up with a legal way to get rid of them.

Too much competition now, and it's hard to keep things open downtown here after my employer sent all the admin staff to remote work during COVID and never brought us back. Plus the city has a 'special tax zone' for downtown that businesses are also always screaming about.

Mosquitoes haven’t been a problem for me in 2024 or 2025, except a span of about three or four days earlier this year when they seemed abundant at the shop around and after dusk. Then disappeared again.
