When I started creatine last year I had the same issue for a little while. Shouldn’t last long

I don't remember if I didn't do the loading phase and just took my time accumulating whatever benefit would accrue...such as it is.

I took it for a bit about 20 years ago. Made my piss stink, gave me the squirts, and made me get puffy from water retention.

I only remember Brussel sprouts doing that. (The smelly piss part.) No gastric issues with Creatine as far as I can recall. I still take a scoop daily with some whey protein.
