I’m so sorry for the loss of your Brother -in-Law E, I don’t know how I missed it.

It can be a blessing at times sure, but it still hurts like hell and sucks big time, the suffering is the absolute worst.

You and especially your wife have my sincere and deepest condolences my friend. I know you will give her all the support and strength she needs.

My prayers go out to the both of you

Taco Bell reminds me too much of quick take out food in High School times. It was cheap, filled you up, but had no flavor

I’ve been very disappointed with Chipotle the last year or so.

New favorite take out is Qdoba, if it’s available by you.

Way fresher and a larger amount of ingredients. Incredibly consistent and each ingredient is equally distributed and spiced.

And cheaper by a Buck or 2 than Chipotle. Well worth it in my opinion👍

I got the heart CAT scan, came back with a calcium score of zero. I guess that's good. Apparently all of my lipids are not so great so, the good calcium score is encouraging. Or, discouraging, if it's your goal to die of heart disease instead of cancer. Idunno

I do have a 6 mm lump in my lung. Which, considering all of the phenolic dust I snort on a regular basis, seems a little small.

I'm 50 now, so I figure any additional lifespan past this point is just gravy. I have reached that age where, it is neither uncommon or even necessarily embarrassing to shit your pants. I haven't shit my pants yet but I'm thinking about taking it up.

Follow up: 2 nodules, one 5 and one 4mm: benign 😅

One of them they already saw in my last scan (kidney stone) in 2017.

Some calcium, the Dr. said that's "just because I'm old" :)

Oil change coming up early next month. My mom died of colon cancer, and being a smoker, that's why I have a 3 year schedule.
