Well this is pretty friggin’ cool! I can’t recall a time in my 48 years that you could actually see the Aurora Borealis with the naked eye from the suburbs of Denver!!!

Random thought....

Have I ever mentioned my first job?

I worked at a chili dog restaurant with my friends.... that might have been the most fun at a job I've ever had

One of my friends was the manager and we would lock up at night and make sure the beer on tap was still fresh

When it would get really cold (remember I was really really young) I would fill up the ice bucket with water and dump it to freeze at the dive through speaker..... the drive through would beep and I could look up and see cars sliding towards the dumpster......

One time a customer came through the drive through high off of some thing bad (the manager immediately called the police) I handed him his order , as he checked it he unwrapped a hot dog and threw it at me through the drive through window..... it barely grazed my arm but I instinctively picked it up off the floor and made the most perfect throw of my life and nailed the guy in the face with it...... the guy tried to insult me again (in some unknown language he just invented) while that was happening the police pulled up and arrested him ...... he got cuffed and was put into the cop car with chili sauce, onions and mustard on his face

Lol

I have so many more stories of working there

The good ol days
My first job when I was 15 was in one of those drive through one hour photo places. I saw some things. After I turned 16, I switched to pizza delivery so I could get tips.

Looks like a tough hombre there!!
