Seems like a 20g message to one of the coyotes might have been in order to educate them on the dangers of surrounding a human. Glad you came out unscathed. That situation comes with some pucker factor for sure.

The pucker effect was definitely into play. I didn’t want to shoot if I didn’t have to, but it was close, really close.
