Is it the weather??? 🤔

I just had a USPS Priority Mail pkg that took the UPSP 4 days to deliver to my PO from just 70 miles away.

--------------------------

Now, I've got another USPS Priority Mail delivery wandering around in the wilderness.

I'm in CA. The package was posted on 2/4 in Concord, MI. It arrived in Detroit on 2/5 but then somehow found it's way to Springfield MA on 2/9 & now -- 6 days later -- the package is still in East Granby, CT -- 3000 miles away from my PO & about 770 miles further away from my PO than where it was 1st posted in MI.

WTF??? 🤷‍♂️

--------------------------

On the other hand, I got another pkg shipped by USPS Ground Advantage from CT to my PO Box in 5 days.

--------------------------

And I still have another pkg that was shipped from another location in MI on 2/9 via USPS Ground Advantage which should be delivered to me w/in 4-5 days because it was NOT shipped by Priority Mail which seems to be worst than USPS Ground Advantage these days.

What a crapshoot!!! 🤪

--------------------------

Update 02/11/2025:

That pkg that took 6 days to get from MI to CT took only 1 day to get from CT to my PO Box in CA this morning. WTF??? 🤪

Who knew that East Granby, CT was a major cross country distribution center for the USPS???

Just crazy!!!! 🤯

--------------------------

Further Update 02/11/2025:

Just got a noticed from USPS warning that the Ground Advantage pkg sent from MI may be delayed due to bad weather. 🤷‍♂️

So, it must be the weather that affected the other pkg shipped from MI via Priority Mail but that doesn't explain why it took 7 days to deliver the other Priority Mail pkg just 70 miles to my house when the weather was bright & sunny w/o any rain or snow during that time period.

The mind boggles . . . 😵‍💫

The funniest thing is that I’ve been waiting for its delivery through several countries and middlemen since November. But these last few days feel like they’re dragging on forever.

Long story short, in total I’ve been waiting a bit over 4 months plus another 10 days.Oof.I really know how to wait, huh

I’m sure this has been discussed recently - I didn’t realize they were still being made. At $1500, I’d only buy one if it was D3V.

22LR vs a 6" blade???

If you get close enough for a head shot w/a 22, you might as well slice your opponent's neck with it or stick it in his gut, instead.

Besides, it's a Class 3 weapon that is equal to a fully automatic weapon & will never pass muster in CA. 🤷‍♂️

Yes, very true.

The only use of something like this is a desk trinket.
