I normally start doing maple syrup at the end of February, but it's been too cold and my burner and wood was covered in snow. I had to shovel an area out so I could do it this weekend.

I also had to buy a cord of wood since my wood was still wet.

Chris and I are processing some hardened steel sleeves we're making for our tensioner wheel and rather than bore them in the lathe, I think we're going to mount a boring head into a machining center because it will repeat better and I want a consistent press fit

And rather than using a boring bar, I'm going to use an end Mill in there as a lathe tool
