Random Thought Thread

You have not lived a full life until you have run a code on a 600lb 30 yr old and a 21 yr old well over 800 lbs. Seriously.

The family of the younger one was wailing “how could this happen?”, and my response was “you have got to be shitting me”. The number of calories needed to maintain that weight is incredible.

Something very much like this is why 'moves like Jagger' triggers m my ptsd

I worry about our future. Just another example of the moral decay in our society.

Why can't you just watch the normal stuff like everyone else? By normal, I mean step-sisters and step-moms getting caught in washing machines and under the bed.

Strange that isn't it, novelty as a universal force.

I'm going back to watching women doing yoga in skirts!

To be fair, I completely agree with you.
But if I'm not mistaken, in history there are a huge number of unpleasant details about the things people did many years ago.
So I think this whole isn’t new.
By the way, I genuinely think so, not ironically. Even the recent wild situations with various islands and so on.
Aristocrats from 300–1500 years ago would probably laugh at that.
I’m sure what they had was many times—hundreds of times—worse.
The question now is only about the normalization of certain disorders.
Here, I literally consider this cancer.

Like, people with unhealthy tendencies find support and interest-based groups for themselves.

Chris and I are processing some hardened steel sleeves we're making for our tensioner wheel and rather than bore them in the lathe, I think we're going to mount a boring head into a machining center because it will repeat better and I want a consistent press fit

And rather than using a boring bar, I'm going to use an end Mill in there as a lathe tool

You are impressive sir!

The machinist part of you says above......

The Nathan part of you uses a handgun as a portable drill press hahahahahahaha

Seems like the CPK crew and Ed Currie the creator of the Carolina Reaper and now Pepper X should have some sort of collaboration or at least know each other. He’s in South Carolina. Nate’s Meat Scabs now with Pepper X flakes or Marks next model, or just drink beer and eat hot stuff, I don’t know the possibilities are endless.
