Off topic and definitely random on this day of all days...

...but I lost my mom today. She had a good long life to 93. She raised me to be better than I turned out.

I'd appreciate a good thought or silent prayer from anyone so inclined.

It was a tricky spot and I was really struggling

I had machines down, production paused, I had to run an emergency line out to a backup air compressor ASAP and the drill wasn't working for this.

But a 124 gr Federal HST worked pretty good

I completely agree with using a firearm to drill a hole

Hell we used a dry wall screw and pliers to open a cork at my house hahahahahahaha

Standard

Ballistics testing has shown them to be effectively equivalent, and the standard loading allows faster follow-up shots for the lead hose, and less hearing damage.

I'm not a recoil sensitive, but lighter recoil is legit tactical advantage. Particularly on a micro nine.

I did check outside first and ensure a safe backstop, no people, etc

But then I did shoot a round through a wall because my drill wasn't working
