So what CPK is better for carving a turkey? My options are a Behemoth, a Light Chopper, a Double-edge Fighter, and a Field Knife. The light chopper seems the best choice so far.

Hey Nate, could we get a CPK fork in D3V to go with it (so you can stab cinder blocks too. I've tried some meatloaf that was pretty close)?

Man... I know you said the inlay scales were a PITA, but a matching set of Behemother and carving fork with rubber inlay handles :eek:
