I have often wished to know the price of a piece that is since only listed as SOLD. If it seems a bargain, then this can only help the maker generate more interest.
I have messaged the maker before and always been given a number.
On the other hand, if I were selling knives, I would certainly respect the wishes of people like betzner who can be important to your business.
I think it depends a bit on the price range. I don't care who knows I paid around $300 for a puukko, but I don't think it is anyone's business what I might pay for the waki that is currently under construction in Alaska...

I am NOT buying a friggin mattress this Memorial Day weekend; never have and never will. Two "on-sale" items which MDWs are famous for are autos and mattresses among some others (BBQs?), I get the first one but the second one? The same routine with President Day weekends  But I will be going hiking with the GSD :)

You’re killing me Larry.

No I wouldn't prefer to collect unemployment. I've been working as a Mechanical Contractor for 45 years and I'm getting old and tired of working so hard that's all.
I am grateful for this trade and my business and very glad to be busy.
I would just rather have a weekend like a normal working person.

I have. I even tried rotating it 90 degrees so it was sideways in my photos hoping the software would rotate it the right way when I loaded it.
It doesn’t do it to every photo.
I finally cropped the photo to a square and it uploaded fine.
I assumed it was a BF software update that did it but now that I know other iPhone users are having the same problem I will check settings on my phone.

i cropped them to a square and they seem to be staying correctly oriented now. Thanks @Odog27

Rookie mistakes like eyes wandering off toward a mini skirt wearing minx down the beer isle, would have been totally acceptable. Old age mistakes suck!
:)

I don't like old age either, but it beats the alternative (death).

I used to say "it's a good day when I can get out of bed in the morning", and I still pretty much feel that way; I'm thankful for what I have, health and otherwise.

A few months ago, before school was put on hold, my wife kindly asked me to stop teaching our children how to make fires. My 4yo was learning about fire safety at school and I was teaching him and our 2yo how to make feather sticks at home. I can see how that would be problematic. Anyway, we settled on me teaching them how to split wood and learn about other survival things, but not actually starting fires….

Today my 2yo, who I didn’t think would remember any of that, was rubbing two triscuits together in the kitchen. He was blowing on them and saying “make-a fire? make-a fire?” My wife just looked at me, lol.
