That's preposterous. A single man couldn't own all of Australia. To my knowledge he only owns Western Australia, the Northern Territory, South Australia, "Queensland" (whatever that is), New South Wales and "Victoria". For example, I don't see "The Outback" listed among his holdings. He is just a man after all...
AFAIK, "Bob" is a divine entity with extraordinary knife, land and slave acquiring powers.

Do not underestimate him.
 
In the cockney lexicon, there is a phrase that goes: "Bob's your uncle", which means: there you have it! Don't ask me how!

Oh Cockney is a dialect from East End of London. Those old enough to have watched the Oliver Twist movie from the 60's or have seen quite a bit of Brit TV series on various PBS channels would know. Oh for instance, Ricky Gervais speaks English with a Cockney tilt.
