More importantly, where does he pull these percentages from?! It's really baffling to me because as the principals, there is you and then there's his highness. OK, I'm sure that Mark and Bo (maybe others as collaborators and advisers too?) also have invaluable input but the only way something gets a 10% chance of making it is like if you had 4 votes, Nathan also had 4 plus Mark and Bo with one each and everyone, including 3 of Nathan's own shares voting him down

I tried to go as unpaid member for a whole 20 minutes but the frakking ads are so super annoying. No, I don't wanna buy a duffle bag for instance when scouting the After-Sale-Lounge!

How do you decide which knives or projects your going to workout? I think the demand for a kitchen knife would be high but you only have it around 25% for it being produced. Is it how many you can sell?, profit per piece, which seem the most fun or challenging? Or something else altogether.

I think that he's very engineer minded with clear processed plans. I think that he figures out and knows his procurement and manufacturing set up well ahead of time for most projects. The guy is a walking and talking Wen diagram + Gantt chart!
