You are sooooo right !!!! So I don’t wanna do the intake manifold twice so for $60 I’ll change them out now
Another headache will be I have to swap the exhaust manifolds over,, joy joy :-(

It’ll all be worth it in the end. I personally believe the LS block is the best thing GM has come up with in decades.

With his Boker collaboration. Yes. It does have a flipper tab; the knife I'm looking at is a front flipper.... but I'm not sure if that even matters.

I know, right? Canadian maker, too. His books are closed for the foreseeable future. The seller is hesitant to ship to me in Canada due to CBSA and their definition of centrifugal force.

You can always have the seller crank down the pivot so that the blade doesn’t even move. That knife looks like a slipjoint anyway.

I shipped two packages (one knife) to Canada on May 28. It's been sitting in Chicago since the 30th. Went to the post office last week and they basically told me that that just happens sometimes. Buyer is being great about it and willing to wait it out a little longer, but seriously wtf, usps. This was my first and will be my last time shipping internationally. What a pain in the ass.

trevitrace you go above and beyond what most sellers do. I've waited just as long for shipments and the sellers often do not message me after sending postal tracking, which is fine by me. I accept that postal or border mishaps happen. Not the sellers fault. Just unfortunate circumstances.

I doubt the folks inspecting such things really know either but they will likely err on the side of caution and not let it through.

ETA: knife is sweet. Hope I’m wrong and you get it.

Fixing AC’s all day then coming home to work on yours for a few hours sucks. Hopefully I got this bad boy wrapped up and installed by Saturday. Supposed to be 112 on Sunday.
