Kephart is real.
Will post some better outdoor pics later.

Ever since the servers change and transformation to this new look, the new format is much more tolerant of uploading bigger pic files (jpeg for instance) compared to the older format which was a real miser! That said, some of your pics take forever to load up on a refresh because of their huge sizes and I have a very decent ISP speed of 400 Mbps if hardwired. If there is a way for some of you guys to downsize your pics to something like a 1024 x 768 aspect ratio (supposedly an ideal size for most laptop and desktop screens) or other better suited ratios without losing discernible resolution, you will see a big improvement in download speeds :)

I know that this is a PITA specially when uploading directly from smartphones because you will need to go through a photo resizing app but I thought that I'd mention it.

I noticed the other day that my Galaxy S21 lets me resize in the basic gallery app. So resizing from my phone has become much easier over the last few weeks since I noticed.

That’s really neat :) BTW, the molasses slow download of very large pic files is more prevalent with desktop and laptops than smartphone viewing but I had just noticed that, at least at my end bit no so much with my viewing on my iPhone: I now wonder if it’s just me or others have similar experiences?!

When you think about it, it's pretty amazing to realize that your pocket microcomputer is faster at some things over a wireless connection, than your desk/laptop computer over a hardwired connection.

Anybody wanna chase some redfish and other inshore species in August? I’m gonna be in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach, NC area the first week or so and wanna get on some fish instead of sitting at the beach all week.

If you have a boat in the area, I got the fuel, food, bait, beer, cocaine and hookers, you just put us on the fish. If you wanna split a charter, we can do that too. If none of you fart knickers can make it, I’ll go alone, just thought it would be a good chance to hang out with another CPK’er.

******offer not valid for Casinostocks Casinostocks unless he accepts there is a high probability I will drown his ass on the water.

the newer ios will let you resize on upload directly from your photo gallery. Select attach files, then select them, then at the bottom of the screen is some blue text that reads “actual size.” Select that and you can pick a size to upload.

WValtakis WValtakis so I bridged the top of putting up a display or two of knives with the boss again and she asked “do your friends hang knives on their walls? I don’t belive it. Show me a picture.”
So I know you have posted a few pics Would you mind compiling a few here or there for me to easily show my wife?
I'll have to dig back to pics of the apartment for full wall displays...mostly what fits in a display is in one at the new house. Swords and stuff are still hanging around though😉

Ok. So my wife just made a face expressing her displeasure.
She asked me to ask you what your wife’s face looks like when she looks upon this display.

Baby steps... the ammo crate coffee table comes later.
I had a nice wooden display box made for a dagger that goes on a bookshelf. Later I managed a waki and two tanto over the fireplace. I have a bigger display in a less prominent corner of the basement.
