I do a lot of selling on EBay and once the deal is made I try to pack the item and have it ready when the MO/check arrives, I make up the lable and keep it with the package till the money come then I head to the post office as soon as possible, living in a rural area with a 14 year old daughter and running around for school, doing all the running around for the house, since I'm outta work and my wife's not, sometimes I can't make it to the PO that day, but I keep the communication goin'.
I let the buyer know I recieved the money, I let them know that the Item is packed and ready to ship/has shipped, how I shipped it, if there's a delay I explain, and sometimes ship before I get money.
But you know what not al buyers let me know that they recieved the item, if they were happy, they don't leave feedback, the only way I'll know if they recieved the item or were happy is if they never complain or I contact them as a follow up,(which I usually do anyway).
So the rant can go both ways.
