RAT Cutlery Announces Name Change

Wow, didn't see this one coming! Great choice is the new name brand Jeff, I think it lines up with everything Rat Cutlery stands for.
 
Congrats! I suppose. I hope that this isn't due to the Ontario business going bad.

Does this mean I should put the RC5 and Izula in a safe somewhere??

Understand the name change guys. You know you've got my business, I don't care if you call it "Shitbox Knife and Tool".

Wow! Out of the blue, but a great new name!

I guess this makes all my RC stuff collectors items now! :D

But now I'll have to re-buy everything in the ESEE brand. :grumpy: :D
 
The change-over will probably be mostly complete within 6 months. After the current stock of knives with the RC branding are gone then we will be going to the new logo and markings on them. The currrent Izula, Junglas and associated logos will not change. The ONLY thing changing is the RAT name, RAT Cutlery logo and the RC branding. Everything else remains the same.

ESEE Knives has a lot of new and exciting things coming. We see this as a growth period and the new name allows us to do that without the confusion. We have the eseeknives.com domain parked right now but you will soon see that ratcutlery.com will forward to this new domain name. After a period of time we will phase out ratcutlery.com and eseeknives.com will be the main site. Randall's Adventure & Training and jungletraining.com remains the same.
 
Nice change. I look forward to seeing the newly logo'd stuff.
Now I have to hord RAT stuff so 20 years from now, I can make a fortune.
Will we still be the RAT pack?
 
Now you're definately in a league of your own, mate. Like Kemsat said, I'd buy your blades no matter what you call them.

I guess I will make the sacrifice and take the that darned RC stuff off your hands!

But in all seriousness, very cool guys!! Glad you guys are doing well and looking to the future!

I think it will work out quite well. Hmmm, probably this is why we have had to wait until Feb for some items?
 
Are we going to have to rename the RAT pack? ESEE pack doesn't have the same ring to it :)
