Thought I would add some pics of my polished up prize. Bead blasted the handle and going to pick up some para cord to wrap the handle up.

I did the polishing by hand with wet/dry sandpaper (1000, 1500, and 2000 grit). This was my first time ever doing anything like this, so it might not have come out perfect, but I love the knife.

Looks good MRpink. I just took some steel wool to it to get the blue from the heat treating off then used a cloth polishing wheel for the rest. Took me about a little over an hour to get it done.
 
I know this knife is nothing new to you guys, but it's new to me. I just got it in the mail yesterday. I love it, the handle is perfect. I can't wait to put it through it's paces.

Nice pics everyone! Im getting an RC4 sometime in the future and will definitely take a pic of it when I do!
 
Today I received my RC-3 from across the pond and it is absolutely great. I actually got 2 because they are blo*dy expensive here in Holland. Superb ergonomics and I love the micarta handle. My wife said it has a high 'pet' level. Don't know if that make sense...;-)

Excellent pics Guys,I love that SWAT(magazine) version of the RC3 with the red liners...I know as soon as I purchase one, the Green RC's will be release and I will be cash strapped...LOL !

hi all I am new to RAT, But I have been into knives and guns a long long time. I read a reveiw on the RC 3 in Blade magazine. I really think that would be a great knife for me, Hunting, 4 wheeling ect.. where is the best place to get one? and what should I buy as far as asessories?
