I'm good with the saber as long as it is really high, which it appears to be in the pics. This blade should not be too forward heavy and should have a pretty fine edge, both of which tend to be contrary to a low saber. Like I said though, the saber on this looks really high, which should be perfect for this knife.

Yeah, this one should be "lively" in the hand like a good bush knife should be. At 22.5 oz, it should work fairly well in short machete mode. :thumbup:
 
That's almost too awesome for words. Sabre grind is a nice little suprise. Rc5 style belt clip would be cool. Thanks for the photo, now I have more to lust after

Its about 3/8" down from the spine. Very high for a saber grind. Just to add a bit more core strength.

Not trying to be smartass but the price will be what it will be. We do out best to hold prices down but if we can't make enough to make it and handle it, then it's not worth it. I think I even made the statement that this would be an over-priced machete ;)

OH GAWD YES! I need one RIGHT NOW!!!!! I love it. You guys did an awesome job. I can't wait to get one of these to replace the RTAKII.

Now I'm torn between picking one of these up or the new machete collaboration you guys are working on. Decisions, decisions.
